First Visit

Please arrive on time and observe good hygiene and be well hydrated the day of your appointment.

48 hour notice is required for changes or cancellations to a session. Cancellations or  no-shows with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a no-show fee of $50 for a 60 minute session, $75 for a 90 minute session and $100 for a 2 hour session

You will receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Payment is due on date of service. Credit card, check and cash accepted.

Gratuities are gratefully accepted, cash is always preferred. 

Most health insurance companies have not increased our contracted rate in the 14 years we have been in business.  Due to this we can no longer afford to accept insurance clients at either of our locations.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
